hello,

I use a DeskJet 4100 series Printer and the HPSmart App. Ive hat a Lot of Problems with IT, beides that IT IS Always so slow. 

Right now Im trying to get Shortcuts to Work. Seems they have absolutely No function. Ive gone through, Set everything right but they either dont even Start Up when I click so Sometimes they Start Up but No Email arrives, No scan Happen, No File ist saved....

Whats the Problem, or dies ist work for Others?
