HP Solution Center generates error with latest windows load...(f i on solution site)

HP Recommended
HP 7310 All In One
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP 7310 All in One Office jet.

Loaded latest windows software.

Now HP solution Center software will not operate. (140.0.18.23) is the load that I have.

Apparently it is still there . Just cant get to it.

I reloaded but that did not resolve.

Had to load the MS scan tool ( really bad need extra steps to scan and impossible to resolve scan errors)

HP Solution Center looks like it is loading then generates a screen with HP Solution Center upper left corner and blue rectangle with f , and i (in a circle)

Suggestions on how to get this to clear.
