Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

This product will not configure. Tested on two different Windows 11 Pro systems. Simply fails to find any printers on the network that I can currently print to and use for scan to folder so there should not be a problem with the network connection of the device. (HP E77660 pagewide)

I have tried the following:

-Downloaded Scan and Print Doctor, this will not find the device because there are no drivers installed.

-Disabling Virus scanners, still will not detect scanner

-tried entering Host Name instead of IP address, no change

 

This is using the current release of Universal Scan 51.7.5628  dated August 30, 2022

Software downloaded here: https://support.hp.com/ca-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-pagewide-managed-color-mfp-e77650-e77660-printer... Tried both full and basic install packs.

 

Anyone out there actually had this software package work under Windows 11?
