Hello all!
When trying to use the webscan feature, the printer attempts to process the papers in the feeder, opens a new page as if it is going to scan (showing a progress bar), then throws this 404 error.
We have tried removing all printer drivers and HP Smart software, and reinstalling, but get the same result. He has 3 locations with 3 different printers (2 9010 series, and 1 8710), and the webscan worked on all 3 for about a year and stopped working about 3-4 weeks ago. Nothing has changed on the client's network or with the printer. firmware is up to date on all printers, as is the computer.
The HP Smart app does work for scanning now, but the client wants to use the webscan feature.
Any guidance is appreciated, as I can't seem to locate anything via search.
