HP X585 with FutureSmart 4 copy problem

Hi, I recently update my x585 from FutureSmart 3 to FutureSmart 4 because FutureSmart 3 does not has Copy Quality option (Profesional or General Office), FutureSmart 4 has it, Now I can take Fast Copying machine =).... but when trying my first copy job...... a problem is avaliable 😃 the result copy is like an Zoomed copy and only a part of the copied page is printed  on the whole page.

I have restored the printer to the factory default config and the same thing, the only thing changed was the copy quality from Professional to General Office and this result.

If copying on Professional mode then prints good.

I thing this could be a bug on the software.

Can someone help me?

Hi, had the same issue.  Found that our WJA template was restricting (under Security > Access Control) 'Device Guest' access to the setting 'Make a copy using Profession­al Quality Level'.  Changed to allow guest access and the issue was resolved.
