I am trying to scan a colored document using the HP  app on Android, and upon opening the camera I see the correct colors. After I click scan, the colors are changed. Red becomes blue, blue becomes red, yellow to gray, and so on. Did anyone face this issue and how to resolve it?

Welcome to the HP Support Community

 

I understand you are getting an HP Smart app - Camera scan keep changing the colors. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
