Product: HP DeskJet 2852e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

HP Desk jet 2852e all in one Printer/scanner. when I try to scan from HP Smart I get the error message 'couldn't connect to scanner.' I can print from my computer.

Hello @Docpage , how are you?

The fault could be physical with the scanner itself.

But first, reinstall all the equipment using HP Easy Start and see if it works again.
