Product: G4050
Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra

Hii i have a G4050 scanner connected to my desktop computer and it’s working but not the best in scanning films, so i tried to install it on my mac high sierra 10.13.6 and went through all the process of HP Easy Scan but some how at the end it doesn’t want to recognize the scanner although ive checked in my computer settings that it’s connected and read by the computer. Any idea what problem is that please help it’s work connected. Thank you.

Please follow HP Easy Start below to ensure the latest scanner drivers are installed and up-to-date on your computer:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/HP_Quick_Start/osx/Applications/HP_Easy_Start.app.zip
