Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I have an HP envy 5530 e all in one printer/scanner and it won't scan using HP easy scan now that I have Catalina on my Mac.  It worked until I updated my new internet modem. Printing works I just can't scan with hp easy scan.

Hello,

Let me inform you that MacOS version 10.15.3 solves the problem found with the HP Easy Scan application. MacOS version 10.15.3 is available from January 28, 2020.

Please upgrade your MacOS as follows:

  1. Click on the Apple menu and then on System Preferences.
  2. Click on Software Update.
  3. Download and install the latest version of MacOS 10.15 on 10.15.3
  4. Try scanning with HP Easy Scan.
