Hi, I have the same problem as well. It’s so confusing on how to re-insert it back and have you managed to find a solution??

Hey there! @Btz101

 

Try the steps recommended below.

 

1. Open the cartridge access door.
2. Remove the cleanout.
3. Press on the hole of the duplexer path cover to lift it up. Remove the jammed paper.
4. Place the cleanout back.
5. Close the cartridge access door.
6. Press the OK button on the control panel to continue the current job.
Clear a paper jam from the print zone.

If the issue still persists after trying out the steps. It is a hardware issue with the printer.
