We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

HP LaserJet Enterprise MFP M430f

We bought 2 pieces HP  MFP M430 , both printers are generating problems with the firewalls..
We configured both devices to use scan to mail, after configuring you have the oppurtunity to make a test scan to mail.

This test scan works without any problem, the mail appears in the mailbox.

But as soon as you really want to use the scan to mail function using a document in the loader and try to scan to mail the job "disapears after a while not failure on the display.

The firewall blocks the outgoing "email"from the printer because the printer is generating an "TCP invaled connection state" 
This is caqused by the part that generates tcp/ip stack by the HP MFP M430 for port 25 traffic.

 

How to resolve?

Using a **bleep** with port 587 is not an acceptable solutiuon.

 

Is there anything knowned about this , our am i the only one?
