Common problems HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to scan
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

I've had FOUR HP printers within the past 20 years, and EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM developed problems with feeding documents. I sold my HP stock because I was unimpressed by this persistent problem. Not a fan anymore.

Hey @sickofthis1

Welcome to the HP Community !

Honestly, I can understand your frustration. If you’ve owned four HP printers over the years and each one eventually ran into paper/document feed problems, that’s not just annoying, it’s exhausting. And it makes total sense that it would impact your trust in the brand.

That said, let’s see if we can get you back to printing normally again, and hopefully rebuild your trust.

Document feeding issues are usually caused by a few common things:

  • worn or dusty pickup rollers

  • debris/paper dust inside the ADF (Automatic Document Feeder)

  • incorrect paper type or loaded incorrectly

  • rollers losing grip over time (very common after years of use)

To help you properly, could you share:

  1. Your printer model number (example: HP OfficeJet Pro 9025e)

  2. Are you having the issue from the ADF (top feeder) or the main paper tray?

  3. Does it pull multiple pages, or does it not pull at all?

Once I have that, I’ll guide you step by step with the best fixes for your exact model.
