HP Officejet 7612 wide all-in-one
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer stopped in the middle of a print job and shot out some blank pages.  The the error message "Printhead missing, or not installed correctly" appeared.  After doing all the HP Support suggestions, it still had the printhead error.  I removed the printhead and cleaned it as well as I could, then reinstalled.  The printhead error is still there, and also now it shuttles back and forth very fast and slams against the side, causing the cartridges to pop out and the machine to cut off. Does anyone know what might be causing this?

Thanks!
