Hi, I was able to scan to my MAC until recently. It now says the feature has been disabled, but I am the only one who uses it. When I go to the advanced settings I get this message "You cannot use this function because it has been disabled. For more information, contact the person who set up the printer.". I am the one who also wet it up. I have removed it from my computer, reinstalled it, and reset it already.

I see you had the same problem a few months ago. Unfortunately no answers here. Were you able to solve the problem? if so could you tell me please? It seems to be very hard to find some one who can help. Hope my English is sufficient, I'm Dutch. Kind regards, Esther
