HP scan on Mac with HP Officejet 4630

MacBook Air whit Mac OS Sierra 10.12.2

HP OfficeJet 4630

HP Scan 4.3.10

I've installed HP software for HP Officejet 4630:

* printing is ok (both with USB and wi-fi)

* scanner whit "HP scan" don't work... clic on "scansiona" the result is a generic error...:

Only whit "system preferences/printers and scanner/scanning" I can make a scan, but only for vision, don't save...

I've try some action:

* dis-install printer and re-install

* use whit USB or whit Wi-Fi

* off and on printer

* dis-active firewall

* use whit a second MacBookAir whit Mac OS 10.10 (the same error...)

(Whit the old MacBook whit Mac Os 10.6.8, "HP scan" is ok)

Hi,
HP Scan is incompatible with Sierra, from your Applications folder or its HP subfolder delete any existing HP Scan or HP Easy Scan application, delete it by moving it to trash, then empty the trash.

Next install the latest HP Easy Scan below, it will be installed within the Applications folder:
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/HP_Quick_Start/osx/Installations/Essentials/hp-easy-scan-1_...

If you experience any further issues, ensure the latest software is installed by following HP Easy Start below:
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/HP_Quick_Start/osx/Applications/HP_Easy_Start.app.zip

Finally, ensure your drivers are up to date by clicking the Apple icon, select About this Mac and then press Software Update.
Click Store on the top menu bar, click Reload Page, click Update All if any updated are available.
