Product: HP DeskJet 2320 All-in-One Printer

I have tried EVERYTHING HP support has to offer in all aspects.

 

Install everything and try and connect... (and you have to sign in multiple times including verifying that u r a human- it's like HP doesn't even have a memory that I was signed in before in the SAME SESSION).

 

Result is always "Couldn't Connect To Scanner"  - the printer works sometimes and it is USB connected, but it is useless as we cannot scan when we need it the most.  Sometimes after the error message from scanner , printer also stops working.

If there is really a solution then please suggest otherwise i will get rid of this HP product and wont be using any HP products in future.
