Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My x476's ADF has stopped working.  When you put paper in the ADF it does not recognise that there is paper in there, and will not take from it. When you put paper in the ADF, it should make a sound saying that ADF has paper, but doesn't.

 

Any suggestions?

HP Recommended

ADF failed, you will probably need to replace it with a working one.
