Hi all.  I opened up the printer to do some minor ink cleanup.  When I put everything back together, the copy & scan did not work.  (I know I connected back the 2 scanner harnesses; even opened it up the 2nd time just to double check)).  The copy produces a blank page and the scanner light travels to the far left and just stays lit.  Power button has no effect & must unplug.  Print & Scan Doctor tells me I have the wrong scan driver, but I just did a full uninstall and then install of the full installation package from HP.  If (for some unknown reason) the P&SD lets me past the device driver check, it will stay hung up on the WIA scan.  Although black & white and color printing still works, it seems like it has slowed down a bit.  (Don't know if that's related or not).  I've run all the troubleshooters & diagnostics I can find and just seem to be going in circles.  Obviously I'm here as a last resort, but really welcome any suggestions.  Thanks,  Larry
