Hi Community. I am trying now since weeks to get my scanner work. I have a 3630 DeskJet All-in-one. So I assume the scanner is included. However, when I try to use the HP Smart the following error message appears. 'HP Smart cannot scan with that printer. Either the Printer does not have a scanner available or the scanner cannot iused by HP smart'.

I have tried everything including the HP scan doctor. It is not possible to use the HP Scanner. What a bad product !!

If you have not done so, download and install the Full Feature Software:

HP DeskJet 3630 All-in-One Print and Scan Driver and Accessories

 

After the software is installed, Restart the computer and log in.

 

HP Smart may now be happy.

You may also try using the Printer Assistant shortcut icon on the Desktop that is installed with the Full Feature Software.
