Hi There

I have a HP4520 printer scanner which up until now t has been great normally scans ok

I have a Toshiba Satellite Laptop running on windows 10

I normally just hit scan on front of printer and this goes to a folder labelled Scans

for some reason I now can get this to scan like it used to trying to use it so I can scan docs back to my work email

if there anything else I need to supply you to get this going again

Must admit haven't used scanner for a little while but last time I used it work perfectly fine

Your help would be appreicated

Welcome to HP support community.

Enable scan to computer

  • From the computer desktop, click Start, select HP from the app list, and then select the icon with the printer name.
  • Go to the Scan section.
  • Select Manage Scan to Computer.
  • Click Enable.
