Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi,

I have a HP6410 Officejet All in One and have updated the driver from HP.

Using Windows Fax and Scan when I scan it produces several individual files rather than one document.

Can you advise if there is a way to scan into one document?

I used to have a piece of software from an old Canon printer that allowed me to merge selected files into one document but my laptop crashed and I lost it (with no backup or disk).

Thanks in advance for any ideas or solutions.

Hi,

Windows Fax and Scan does not support a such.

Scan using the HP Solution Center software to a PDF, the documents will be saved as a PDF.

Alternatively you may scan using HP Scan and Capture or Windows Scan, both available at the Microsoft Store:
