Product: HP7520 Photosmart
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

I cannot use Hp7520 Photosmart in the normal use as a photocopy or scanner: it comes out an error message that the scan driver does not communicate with the product (using scan doctor HPPSdr exe.) If however I send the message print from the computer the print functions normally. PC and Hp are connected with USB cable. Thanks Pierpaolo
