Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP ENVY PHOTO 7855. document feeder was not able to pick up the original. Make sure the document feeder cover is closed completely, But the document feeder cover is closed. Print won't scanner or faxes. Please help. Thank you

If you have already performed the steps from the document printer does not pick paper: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04100778 and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure. 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link:  www.hp.com/contacthp/
