Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Since i bought thiis Network- Scanner HPscanJetPro4500fn1 in 2016  & tried to use  "HP Print and Scan Doctor for Windows"

on this product ,this software has never found it's  fixed IP of the Scanner in my Intranet!!! It  is only usable for HP-Printers with built in Scanners like my HP OfficeJet Pro 8710_15-AIO.

Very Bad Support on this Product!! Please enhance your declaration to "HP Print and Scan Doctor for Printers with Scan-Function ONLY "!!!

Everything else is a fake news! Even the latest ver . does not find it's static IP.

Sopport requests never gave an answer to this, since I've bougt it !
