Recently when using HPSmart to scan a document, after saving the file successfully the app freezes with the Save  window partially truncated by the background window.  No navigation options are active so I need to exit and re-enter HPSmart to scan a second document

Hi @DavidFeiler 

1. Please update with HP app from the next link:

2. Once you update with HP app then Restart your computer.

3. Try again to use your Scan option to check that  scan save windows  is back to center.

 

* Click YES   to say thank you, 

* Click Accepted as Solution when question is answered.
