HP ENVY 110 e-All-in-One Printer - D411a

Does HP have an updated driver or version of their software that will enable my scanner to work again with my  iMac? Has been working perfectly since 2011.  I use HP Easy Scan.  Help!  

 

Or, would someone explain how i can resolve this problem.  

 

Perhaps there is an updated driver.  I am desperate!

understand how frustrating it must be to have your HP ENVY 110 scanner stop working after so many years of reliable use. Let me clarify the situation and provide a solution.
 

Your HP ENVY 110 is considered an obsolete model, and HP no longer provides updated drivers or software for it, especially for newer macOS versions like macOS 15.3.1 (Sequoia). Since HP Easy Scan is no longer supported for this printer, the best way to continue using it is through AirPrint.
 

How to Use AirPrint for Scanning:

  1. Ensure Your Printer and Mac Are on the Same Wi-Fi Network.
  2. Open “Image Capture” (a built-in app on your Mac).
  3. Select Your HP ENVY 110 From the Sidebar.
  4. Choose Scan Settings and click “Scan”.

Since HP does not provide new drivers, this method will allow you to scan without additional software. However, if the scanner still does not work, it may no longer be fully compatible with macOS 15.3.1.
