Product: HP Officejet Pro 6970
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I am trying to scan documents to a 128GB USB drive. The printer can see and appears to scan to the drive, but when I go to retrieve the files on my Macbook, the files are not there. I have tried EXFAT, iOS and none of the formats seem to work (I reformat using the Disk Utility) on these disks. They are SanDisk 128GB (Cruzer Glide) USB drives. Any way to figure out how to format the larger (like these) USB drive for document scanning and storage?

Please try FAT32 file format.
