HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 All-in-One Printer

I have an HP Office Jet Pro 8025.  I have had it connected to a Windows 7 desktop for quite sometime and functioned perfectly!  I recently replaced the Win 7 with a Win 10 desktop.  I plugged the printer in and it printed!  However, I just tried to san a document by placing it on the glass and press the scan icon.  On the old machine, I had the option of saving to TJ computer /usb/ Now i get scan to desktop. When I do that, the scanned image appears.  What I want to occurs, like before, is to have the scanned image go to my documents.  It would pop up and say "image" and then i would change the name and it would save.  I have no idea how to get that back.  I am using MS Office 365 on the Win 10 desktop.  CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME?  Tried going to HP's site for support and that was not helpful at all!  Thank you

I see that you are facing scanning issues with HP Printer.

 

I suggest you reinstall the driver and connect the printer to check if that fixes the issue.

 

You can follow the steps under this link to uninstall.

 

Furthermore, you can reinstall using HP Smart App from this link.
