Hi, I have 500+ A5 documents to scan , HP smart does not have A5 in scan area dropdown!!!!! the second most common document format in the UK.......why and how please can i resolve this.  I turned on my old Epson expression 1680 pro this morning and the drop down for scanning format gives 18 sizes verses the 4 offered by HP; does not really live up to HPSmart.

If I have misread this I will humbly apologise for the 'smart' arse comment..

Don't use HP Smart, install full feature software and driver from HP.com it's 310MB and you will have way better control and features for your device.

seems to be only a few days old but do I assume this is what you were recommending?

Good job this was held due to invalid HTML...I live in a field in the middle of Scotland which has very very poor broadband soeed, the second half of the page appeared whilst I was resolving this issue so now see the 310mb file for 9015 printer.  I am currently downloading and will see if this works for me.  Regardless thanks again for your help

Hey, this is getting fun!"!!!!

Once software downloaded I clicked to set up.  Started fine, it found my 9015, then went to check my software needs.  Then it came up with 'the password you entered was incorrect, this was interesting as it had not asked for a password, it also told me that I had been locked out.

Hit ok and it came up with an enter password box, left it for 10 minutes and entered my HP password, which I had used to access the download hp page online where it worked.  However it told me the password was wrong and locked me out again, so I am now going round in circles, any idea how I can get this 310mg file loaded?
