Hook up my 4650 all in one to a phone line with VOIP connection

I am having a problem getting my HP 4650 all in one to send faxes and receive faxes. Our phone line is a VOIP SYSTEM WITH HOTWIRE.

Welcome to HP support community.

You must have an analog telephone adapter (ATA) to set up your fax for VoIP. An ATA allows analog telephone signals (such as fax signals) to be converted for digital systems. You can purchase an ATA from an electronics or office supply retailer.
