• If you haven't installed it, download and install the HP Smart app from the Microsoft Store or the official HP website.
• Open the app and ensure your printer is connected.

Pinning the HP Smart App:

• Start Menu:
  • Click the Start Menu and search for HP Smart.
  • Right-click on HP Smart and select Pin to Start or Pin to taskbar for quick access.
  • To create a desktop shortcut, right-click again and choose Open file location. Then, right-click the HP Smart file and select Send to > Desktop (create shortcut).
