HP DeskJet 3755 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm trying to scan some artwork so I can use it for prints. The scan comes out beautifully except for a thin, white line, that goes vertically across the entire image. This is only happening with the scanned image, not any printed-out images. I assume it needs to be cleaned but DeskJet 3755 scanners can't be lifted to clean to clear off debris inside. Does anyone know how to clean it? Thanks.

Hello, and Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Does this only occur with the ADF, or using the flatbed scanner?

If ADF only, look for something on the thin slit of a window at the extreme end of the scanner glass.

Try looking at this tutorial on cleaning the scanner glass: https://support.hp.com/sg-en/document/c00093456

Thank you for your response. Yes, it's an ADF. The link you provided does not work. I get an error message when I click on it unfortunately
