Hi,

 

Is there a way to send documents such as PDF files from my computer using the HP printer? Right now I need to print out the document and fax it manually which is time consuming and creates lots of paper work.

I don't think your printer supports eFax without to pay anything,

Send faxes from the document Print menu: Open the document you want to fax, click File > Print > Printer, select the printer that includes 'Fax' in the name (Example: Fax - HP OfficeJet Pro 6970), and then click Print to open the Send Fax window where you enter the fax number and make settings and preferences change
