Note: From May 1, 2024, the HP Scan and Capture app will no longer be available (retired) in the Microsoft Store and HP will not release any further app updates. We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

My digital scanner encountered multiple power outage and following that it has been showing an error message saying "30.01.41 Scanner failure". Same error message is blocking me from using the scanner.

 

Appreciate if you could help me on this case. Thanks in advance.

That exact error message does not appear in my troubleshooting documents. I would try to update the firmware as a first step and if that fails your next step is to either contact HP Technical Support  (use this link to find a phone number Phone Assist Worldwide | HP® Official Site), or contact a local authorized service partner. 

 

As your machine may not accept firmware in an error state you may need to update the firmware from the pre-boot menu. The Readme file for the current firmware provides the instructions on how to update the firmware that way.
