How do I scan a multiple page document into a single pdf document on an office jet pro 9015 printer?

Assuming the paper is of a size and type supported in the ADF,

you can scan your multi-page document into a single PDF document using this printer.

If you have not done so,

Install the HP Smart application.

HP Smart for Windows

HP Smart is an application available in the Microsoft Store

Learn how to use HP Smart on your Windows 10 computer.

Open the Software and Drivers Support Website for your printer > Check the Box Get the App

NOTES: 

• HP Smart requires that you sign into the application using your HP Account credentials.
• Document includes the HP Smart application download links for Windows and Mobile devices, plus an FAQ section to assist with questions / issues.
  •  FAQ examples: 
    • What are the requirements to use the HP Smart app?
    • Which printers are compatible with the HP Smart app?
    • Why do I need to sign in or create an account to use the HP Smart app features?
  • Older versions of the HP Smart app no longer support the login feature.
  • Update the application to the latest version to access / use HP Smart

Open HP Smart Mobile

If you have not done so,

Sign into the application using your HP Account credentials.

Add your printer

Load the document into the ADF (Automatic Document Feeder) - stacked in order, top is first page, place into the ADF top edge first.  If the printer does not "ding" to indicate it "sees" the stack, pull the stack out, reposition, and (gently) shove it back into the ADF tray.

Select (from the HP Smart menu) Printer Scan (Scan Documents)

After the paper / job is accepted, the window changes.

Verify / Set the various options:

Scan Settings (wheel)

Drop-Down menu helps you select the "scan page size"

Source is the "scanner"

When Ready, Click the scan button (large / on the right side)

Example

Job should start and scan the contents in the ADF.

Bonus (due to the model of printer) - if the document is 2-sided, both sides will scan.

After the scan is complete, and before the job is saved / shared,

you have to option to add more pages, Reorder or delete pages.

As far as I remember, the "reorder" works similarly to the Windows version of the application - press, drag, drop.

When you are done "doing whatever", Click to Share / Save and continue.

What if?

If you need a more comprehensive edit / scan function,

Get a hold of a PC (Windows) or Mac OS machine.

Install the Full Feature Software / full driver printer software, then install the HP Smart (Windows or MacOS) Application.

HP Smart does provide additional options in both the Windows and Mac OS platforms.
