Hi @Dragon-Fur , @Lee723 ,
Let's try this link for WIndows 11 for the printer:
Once the file is downloaded, install the software.
There should be an option to scan the document as a PDF format.
Hope that helps!

If your old printer had a full function touchscreen printer control panel -- like the panel typical on OfficeJet printers, for example -- then the tiny touch screen on your new printer is likely a surprise.
What?
DeskJet printers do not have a feature-rich printer control panel option -- instead, you must use applications and software for the tasks that require you to interact with the printer beyond the simple buttons and lights.
You can still scan -- you must do so using an application or program on your computer (or other device, tablet / phone).

Good evening @Dragon-Fur & @Greenturtle:
I started at 2:30pm and just finished downloading drivers at 4pm, that's how dense I am technically, I scanned docs & it worked perfectly!
@Greenturtle the first info sent was a lot for a technically challenged senior, you can tell from the time I started to the time I finished; however, the 2nd email went straight to the point and instructions were easy to follow . So thank you for the second link.
@Dragon-Fur I wish to thank you once again for your assistance and going above and beyond to find someone to help me.
Thank you both again and may you both have a Happy Thanksgiving with all your loved ones.
Sincerely,
@Lee723

You are most welcome.
Good that the Offline Only method finally worked.
In my opinion, "It's not just you."
I've updated my sources -- I knew the driver location and printer website format changed -- my notes will now reflect that.
Hang in there.
Hopefully things will get easier.
Thanks for the reminder to use the Offline Only download / save / install method.
I was stuck on the idea of trying to force Easy Start to cooperate. 🐀

- Yes. Indeed Dragan-Fur and it seems that when googling seeking help you never get what you exactly need or even asking & it’s extremely frustrating. Not only having to make sure what you find is legit but trying to figure out if it’s what you need. OY!
I’m also having a problem when my computer automatically updates and finishes my screen literally blinks. Haven’t found any answers to that except to go back and retore to before it started blinking. How in the world would I know to go back to that resorting point? It’s mind boggling.
Anyway thanks again.
