How do I scan documents with several pages into one document or PDF using HP Deskjet 2652

Hi @Aifon,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I understand that you want to scan multiple pages and save them together as a single PDF using your HP DeskJet 2652.

Scan multiple pages into one PDF.

The HP DeskJet 2652 uses a flatbed scanner, so each page must be placed on the scanner glass individually. When using the HP app, you can add each scanned page to the same scan job and save them as one multi-page PDF.

Open the HP app and select your DeskJet 2652.

Select Scan.

Place the first page face-down on the scanner glass and start the scan.

After the page is scanned, select Add page or + to continue the same scan job.

Replace the document on the scanner glass with the next page and scan it.

Repeat the process until all pages have been scanned.

Select Save and choose PDF as the file type.

The resulting file should contain all the scanned pages as one multi-page PDF, rather than separate PDF files.

For additional guidance, see HP Support – Scanning with HP printers.
