Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 IOT

I just bought an HP DeskJet 2755e. I didn't realize I'd have to sign in to their Smart App if I wanted to print. I can't figure out how to do it, and can't get through to a real person because their tech support is down. Can anyone help me before I decide to return this piece of junk?
