If your device has an automatic document feeder, simply load all the pages and press send. If you do not have a document feeder and are scanning off the glass, most units will prompt for additional pages. Based on the information you provided that is the best answer I can give you. Information such as model number, how you are sending faxes (from PC or from the printer) all help us to provide concise answers.
