How do I set up scan to computer or scan to e-mail. The scanning doesn't work at all except to print. In the HP smart app it just says "scan is unavailable". I have run diagnostics and no problems are indicated.

This issue could occur if the scan to email settings are not correct or the printer may not be on the network.
