Hi, I have managed to figure out how to scan one (single) page on my new HP Envy 5640 printer (you have to place the page face down on the glass)-however this method will not work if I need to scan more than one page. There is no automatic feeder like I have on on my other HP printer. The Envy 5640 seems to require that I manually remove page 1, and then place page 2 (and remove page 2), then place page 3, etc. on the glass. This is a tedious task for a 10 page document. Is there a way round this so that I can put a 3-4 document in a feeder and have the printer scan the whole document without me having to remove page 1 and replace it with page 2, etc. Many thanks!

Hi,
Thanks for using the HP Forums.
The way that you described to scan multiple pages is the only way to scan on the printer (since it does not have a document feeder)
Hope that helps.
