Hello,

If your printer is correctly installed, normally HP Scan is in the following path:

  • C:\Program Files (x86)\HP\HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M377 series\bin

Find and right-click HPScan or HPScan.exe, then click Create Shortcut and click Yes. If the shortcut is in your printer's folder, please move it to the Windows desktop, in order to have HP Scan available.

Otherwise, if you cannot find HP Scan, please install your printer with HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M377 Printer Series Full Software and Drivers.

Don't hesitate to contact us in case of need.

Best regards,
