Hello, almost a month ago I signed up for mobile fax. I would like to cancel that trial now, as I don't use it much. I can't find anywhere that allows me to cancel it. The option is not on my dashboard at all. I can't get through to an agent on the phone, or use the virtual agent to help me. I will be very upset if I get charged for this because there isn't a way to cancel the subscription.

Hi,

You have no reason to be worried and no need to cancel the trial @earthlyspirit.

 

You will not be charged in any way, If You do not choose a Service Plan by the end of the Free Fax Service Trial period, Your Fax Service will terminate.

 

This is clearly listed in the service terms, no billing will occur unless selecting a service plan, see the PAYING FOR YOUR FAX SERVICE section:

I put in my credit card information when I signed up, and there's no way to even pick a plan. It's not been sent through an email and you can't pick on the dashboard.
