I can't change my HP Easy Scan paper size settings to Letter from Legal... HELP!

I am using the HP Easy Scan app. Everything I scan comes into a Legal size pdf, but I want to scan Letter size paper. I have found some previous answers on this board telling me to change it in the Settings or Preset menu. I have looked hard but can't find that anywhere.

Please help

Hi,

  1. Open HP Easy Scan, and then make sure your printer is selected from the Scanner drop-down menu.
  2. Open the Presets drop-down menu, and then click on Edit Settings:

  3. Change scan settings, such as orientation, color mode, resolution, and page size.
  4. If you are scanning two-sided documents (duplex), select the Scan both sides of page checkbox.
     

     

  5. Click Done to save the presets for this scan job.

And it also led me to discover how to scan double-sided as well, which I didn't know this device could do.
