Hi,
Thanks for using the HP Support Community.
Try either of these to print 2 sided:
1. Using the HP FULL software solution
Download and install the Software here:
(works for Win 10)
This example will show you how:

2. Using HP Smart to print the Odd pages first, followed by the Even pages.
Following the above video example of how to load the paper after printing Off pages, the 2nd side (Even pages) can be printed.
