Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8020e All-in-One Printer

Hi I am looking for some help in regards to how to do a double side scan with the HP Officejet 8020E all in one device. I have downloaded the HP Smart App when i purchased the printer. Following all the videos and guides, my app does not show any where for selected 2 sided document. Can some one please give me some guidance here?

Welcome to the HP User Community.

 

What you have found is likely relevant - this printer does not support automatic two-sided scan.

 

You have to scan one side, flip the paper, "Add Page" and scan the other side.
