@Oreagle Greetings from the HP Community!

Try these steps :

1. From the Printer Front Panel > select Copy > Document

2. Go to Settings (gear icon) > select Resize > Custom (select the %, increase to enlarge and decrease to reduce and then tap on Done).  There are also some preset settings to use if those suit your needs.

3. Tap on Return  icon (on the left) 3 times to return to the "Start Black or Start Color" display.

4. Tap "Start Black or Start Color" (depending on whether copying Black or Color) and the copying will start.

These other specific resources on the printer should be useful:

HP Officejet Pro 7740 : How to scan a Tabloid or A3 size document

HP Officejet Pro 7740 : How to copy a Tabloid or A3 size document

Configure Print Settings on HP Officejet Pro 7740
