Hi @808CK,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd be glad to help you!

I understand how important it is to get the right picture size when printing, and it can be frustrating when it doesn't come out as expected. Let's work on getting those pictures printed the way you want!

  • Are you printing directly from a computer or from the printer itself (USB, memory card, etc.)?
  • Do you need the same picture enlarged to a specific size, or are you adjusting the size for different pictures?
  • Have you tried adjusting the print settings in the software you're using to print?

Let's try these steps meanwhile.

Check Print Settings: When you go to print a picture, check the print dialog box. There should be an option to adjust the scale or size of the image (percentage or custom dimensions). Adjust it according to your desired enlargement.

Use Photo Editing Software: If you're printing from a computer, you can use photo editing software like Paint or Photoshop to increase the size of the image before sending it to print. Save the file with the new dimensions, and then print.

Use the Printer’s Copy Feature: On the printer itself, use the "Copy" function and adjust the enlargement setting. The OfficeJet Pro 9015e typically has a percentage-based enlargement option, where you can increase the size up to 400%.

Update Printer Drivers/Software: Ensure that you have the latest HP Smart app or print drivers installed on your computer, as outdated software might not provide full printing options.

Check Paper Size Compatibility: Ensure the paper size is compatible with the enlarged image. If you're printing a larger image, make sure the paper selected in the printer matches the size needed (e.g., A4, Letter).

These steps should help you get your pictures printed at the right size! Let me know if you need any further assistance.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance
