Note: From May 1, 2024, the HP Scan and Capture app will no longer be available (retired) in the Microsoft Store and HP will not release any further app updates. Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I have installed all the software for my new DeskJet 3733. The printer is ok, wifi recognized. The only problem is about scanner function: I cannot find "HP Scan", neitehr have the icon on desktop. The only way to scan is opening "Hp print and scan doctor", follow the instruction adn at the end "Test scanner" (in this way, it works). I cannot see "driver control" but I have downloaded the last version from HP website. Any suggestion? Thanks. Cattura.JPG

not sure that this will help you,but in the control panel find the camera and scanners.Then simply create a shortcut to the desktop.This should help.
