Help!

Trying to make a scanjet pro 4500 fn1functional on my network but the password was set by a previous sys admin and its been lost.

There for I can not access any of the submenus to make edits.

Is there a hidden maintenance menu to log into for doing a hard reset of the scanner?

 

Any help would be appreciated!

Hi Repairatrooper -

 

Unfortunately I did see that thread and I have the same issue as the original poster.  The icons that would normally allow me to reset the scanner are 'locked' and without the password I'm not able to do the 'reset' function.

 

Have any other suggestions?
